Throne Cycles Warranty Policy
All Throne forks and frames are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. The warranty ensures that the material and workmanship of the frames and forks are free from defaults upon delivery of the bicycle. The warranty does not cover other bicycle components, unfortunately pedals, cranks, and other parts experience a lot of normal wear and tear and cannot be covered. The warranty only applies to the original owner of the bicycle and proof of purchase is required for the warranty to be valid.
All warranty items must be sent to our HQ and the owner is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. The return address is 1935 Santa Anita Ave. South El Monte, CA 91733
The specific warranty covering your Throne bicycle is governed by the law of the state or country in which it was purchased, and applies only to bicycles purchased from Authorized Throne Cycles Retailers or directly from Throne Cycles.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
Any damage from normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, custom alterations, modifications, accidents, improper use, or failure to follow instructions.
The following items are NOT covered by the warranty: Wheels, tires, tubes, grips, brake pads, cranks, chains, pedals, and cables, etc. These parts will undergo considerable wear and tear and are not covered.

DISCLOSURE - ASSEMBLY POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS
All bikes purchased through Throne Cycles MUST be assembled by a certified bike shop mechanic. If the bike is NOT built by a certified bike shop mechanic, any warranty will be void.
NOTE: PLEASE TIGHTEN YOUR LOCKRINGS, CRANKS, PEDALS, ETC. BEFORE & AFTER EVERY RIDE. Stripped threads, cranks, pedals, etc. are due to those parts not being tightened enough by the rider and are not covered by warranty.
